Clifton Hampden Stores is a Village Shop and Post Office, run by us, Glenn and Emma Bratley with help from Emma’s Mum, Gill. Set in the beautiful conserved village of Clifton Hampden, Oxfordshire with its thatched cottages, listed buildings and situated by the River Thames. You can find us under the Village Church and opposite the Village school. There couldn’t be a better place to live and work...

Often described as an “Aladdin's Cave” we stock everything from jewellery to shoelaces, bake fresh bread, croissant and pasties on site everyday, sell old-fashioned sweets by the 1/4lb out of jars and offer a wide range of cards and gifts.

We stock local produce, including a very popular local beer and fabulous Honey, we offer organic, environmentally friendly and fairtrade products as an alternative where possible. All this and a good general grocery section for those last minute emergencies.

We’ll do our very best to get it for you!
